This looks to me like a single entry, but I couldn't find anywhere that specifically said how often you can enter.
* Sweepstakes is open to all persons (including graduate students) who have successfully completed the College Answer on-line registration form.
* Open to legal residents of the United States only.
* The College Answer sweepstakes will continue indefinitely or until Sponsor chooses to suspend or cancel the same.
* If a registrant is selected as a winner, that registrant will not be eligible to win any other College Answer scholarship awarded under these sweepstakes.
