Grand Prize (1): A five (5) day and four (4) night trip for two (2) to the 2010 Pro Bowl in South Florida, scheduled to take place on January 31, 2010, and a $1,000 maternity gift certificate for the winner only. Exact dates of trip will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) to Miami, FL, transfers to/from airport and hotel, five (5) days/four (4) nights hotel accommodations for winner and a guest at a hotel determined by Sponsor (one (1) room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the 2010 Pro Bowl, and two (2) VIP pre-game "on-field" / "behind the scenes" passes. Gratuities and incidental expenses not included. (Estimated Retail Value ("ERV"): $4,500).
Eligibility: The "Motherhood Maternity NFL Pro Bowl" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Guam who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND ALL OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS (EXCEPT GUAM) AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS. Employees and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and household members, whether or not related, of Destination Maternity Corporation ("Sponsor"), NFL Entities (as defined below), Eastwest Marketing Group, and their respective parent companies, franchisees, partners, retailers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to win. The NFL Entities shall be defined as the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
