Approximate retail value: $13,500. Supplied accessories include but are not limited to HDMI digital interconnect cables, an optical audio cable, a standard TV wall mount, a power strip surge protector, a wireless computer mouse, wireless Ethernet adaptor, and other wires as necessary; Panasonic will provide professional installation of the system at its cost including mounting the plasma TV on a wall if requested. Not included in the installation is moving and rewiring of non Panasonic provided equipment and the installation or relocation of any power outlets. Providing an HD signal source (over the air, cable or Satellite) is the responsibility of the participant, however to offset that cost Panasonic will provide a cash allowance of up to $1,000 to cover the cost of the HD service and or HD programming. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are excluded and are solely the participant's responsibility. All prize values are based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP"), and Sponsor is not responsible for any difference between the MSRP and what the products are currently being sold for at retail. Any depiction of a prize is for illustrative purposes only. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
Eligibility: All Entries for the Sweepstakes must be received during the Term. Entries are limited to one Entry per member per email address per calendar day during the Term. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the Address is registered. Entries by any method other than set forth above in Paragraph 3 are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting Entry is prohibited. Open only to persons who are, as of Entry, 18 years of age or older; legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. ("Territory") and not employees of the Sponsor, Administrator and Sound & Vision Magazine, their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies; or the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of them (individually and collectively, "Entities"); nor members of their households or immediate families. Neither the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, "Releasees") are responsible for Entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the Territory; Entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, late, lost, misrouted, multiple, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized or unintelligible; or any printing, production, technical, electronic or other errors; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering; insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Each of such potential Entries will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations.
