Eligibility: Employees, agents, representatives, directors and officers, and the immediate family members of such persons (including spouses, parents, children, siblings, and spouses of such family members) of Sponsor and Strobe Promotions, Inc., 535 South Broadway, Suite 203, Hicksville, NY 11801 ("Promoter"), as well as both parties' respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, agents, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of Game materials, advertising and promotion agencies, are not eligible to participate (the "Ineligible Persons"). Game is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. U.S. law governs this Promotion. Game void in APO/FPOs, PR and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Game in any manner.
