Grand Prize (1): One trip for two (2) to the Wynn Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada. The trip will include the following: round-trip coach airfare for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada (from major U.S. gateways within the United States nearest to winner's residence) via US Airways, three (3) nights Tower Suite accommodations at the Wynn Las Vegas, dinner for two (2) at Daniel Boulud in Wynn Las Vegas not to exceed $500 total value, Le Reve VIP indulgence package for two (2) (the VIP indulgence package includes one complimentary bottle of Perrier-Jouet champagne with bottle service, chocolate-covered strawberries, and lounge seating with video monitors),two (2) complimentary rounds of golf at the Wynn Resorts Country Club, two (2) complimentary spa treatments at the Spa at Wynn Las Vegas not to exceed $500 total value, ground transportation to/from airport and hotel and $5,000.00 cash paid in the form of a check for spending money. US Airways Airfare Terms: Valid on a US Airways or US Airways Express flight, cannot be codeshare flight. Origin market must be a US Airways city with operated scheduled service from the airport nearest the winner's residence served by US Airways to Las Vegas, NV. Sweepstakes winner is responsible for transportation to/from the airport nearest their residence. Tickets must be booked/redeemed at least 21 days in advance of travel dates. All travel must be completed by March 31, 2010. All travel arrangements must be made with Sponsor's partner at least 45 days in advance of the trip. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary, and such guest must be at least 21 years of age, the legal child or ward of the Grand Prize winner or have parental consent. Minors must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply to travel and accommodations. Grand Prize winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents as needed or required. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Insurance, meals, gratuities and other expenses not listed are the responsibility of the winner. Total ARV of all prizes: $10,000. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Taxes on prizes, if any and any other costs not listed herein are the winner's responsibility. Prize may not be assigned or transferred. No substitutions or exchange for cash allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.
PRIZE DRAWING: On October 5, 2009, a random drawing will be held from all eligible entries to determine potential winners. Potential winners will be notified by mail, e-mail or telephone within 5 days of the drawing date. Potential winners must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where permitted) Publicity Release within 10 days of notification, or prize may be forfeited. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable or refused will result in entrant disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, photograph, biographical information and statements by Sponsor in advertising, promotional materials and on their web sites without notice or compensation.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico), age 21 or older. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Starz Entertainment, LLC, Wynn Las Vegas, LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, service providers, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies and any others associated with this Sweepstakes (and members of their immediate families) are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01AM PST August 15, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PST September 30, 2009 (Sweepstakes Period).
