GRAND PRIZES: The two (2) 1st and 2nd Grand Prize Winners will each receive his/her choice of either:
* The opportunity to enjoy all of the travel offers described in the Travelzoo Top 20® List for the week of May 14, 2008, subject to availability. ARV for each Grand Prize: $5,969.00 each.
–OR–
* A cash prize of $5,000.00.

WEEKLY PRIZES: Eighteen (18) Weekly Winners will each receive his/her choice of one of the following prizes:
* The opportunity to enjoy one (1) of the travel offers described in the Travelzoo Top 20® List for the week of May 14, 2008, subject to availability. ARV for each Weekly Prize: $500 each. Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes: $ 9,000.
–OR–
* A cash prize of $500.00.

The total number of entries any one entrant can receive is 165 entries. There are five (5) ways to receive entries:

ENTRY METHOD #1 – Receive 2 entries by registering for the sweepstakes and agreeing to receive the Top 20® List email. (You can opt out at any time without affecting your chances of winning.)
ENTRY METHOD #2 – Receive 1 additional entry for each day you log into the Sweepstakes Site.
ENTRY METHOD #3 – Receive 1 additional entry for every 5 times you log into the site and play a game.
ENTRY METHOD #4 – Receive up to 125 entries for referring friends, using one of these methods:
- Invite a Friend email method. Refer up to 25 friends. You will receive 5 entries for each referred friend who registers for the Promotion.
- Personal web link method. You will earn five (5) entries for every person who registers for the Sweepstakes via your Personal Link
ENTRY METHOD #5 – Receive 5 entries per week by answering the weekly “Top 20 Question” posted on the Site.

By registering for the Sweepstakes, you are also agreeing to receive the Top 20® List email from Sponsor (if you are not already a Top 20® List email subscriber).

* The Promotion begins on March 12, 2008 at 11:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 14, 2008 at 10:59 am ET
* Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) and residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction
