Grand Prize: Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: (a) Shop.com shopping spree for $2,500; (b) one (1) autographed Dolly Parton prize pack; (c) one (1) five minute phone call with Dolly Parton and the Grand Prize Winner; and (d) one (1) Loveless Deluxe Breakfast gift basket from Loveless Cafe (collectively the "Grand Prize").
Second Prize: Second Prize Winner will receive the following: (a) Shop.com shopping spree for $1,000; (b) one (1) autographed Dolly Parton prize pack; and (c) one (1) Cafe Sampler Gift Pack from Loveless Cafe (collectively the "Second Prize").
Third Prize: Third Prize Winner will receive the following: (a) Shop.com shopping spree for $500; (b) one (1) autographed Dolly Parton prize pack; and (c) one (1) Ham's & Jam's Gift Pack from Loveless Cafe (collectively the "Third Prize") or together with the Grand Prize and the Second Prize, the "Prize(s)".
The Approximate retail value (the "ARV") of the Grand Prize is $2,714.95, the ARV of the Second Prize is $1,227.95 and the ARV of the Third Prize is $707.95 and the aggregate ARV of all three (3) Prizes is $4,650.85 and is subject to change based on current market conditions at time of Prize fulfillment. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be rewarded.
Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry. If entrant is not the age of majority in the jurisdiction where entrant resides, then entrant will be required to get parent/legal guardian consent in order to enter Sweepstakes. Employees (and their immediate families, i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings) of Country Music Television Inc., ("CMT") an MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. (together with CMT, "MTVN"), Loveless Caf? ("Loveless"), Shop.com ("Shop.com"), Kaleidoscope Media ("Kaleidoscope"), Dolly Records LLC ("Dolly Records"), Dolly Parton Management ("DP Management"), Dolly Parton ("Artist"), together with MTVN, Loveless, Shop.com, Kaleidoscope, Dolly Records and DP Management are collectively referred to herein as the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and each of their respective affiliated companies, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, third party production companies, third party fulfillment agencies and any person who has won a CMT contest or sweepstakes in the preceding twelve (12) month period, are not eligible. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by MTVN, and by the decisions of MTVN, which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (b) to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns, against any and all claims, injury or damage arising out of or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes and/or use or misuse or redemption of a prize; and (c) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules.
