As much fun as it is telling you about all the great online sweepstakes, we thought it would be even more fun to give stuff away ourselves. So today, we’re adding our own listing to the site’s stack o’ sweeps: SweepsGoat’s “Sweepin’ Up A Storm” Sweepstakes.

There are two ways to earn entries into the sweepstakes:

• By adding a sweepstakes listing (earns 2 entries), and/or
• By voting for someone else’s sweepstakes listing (earns 1 entry)

Earn up to 10 entries per day throughout the duration of the sweeps (July 7 - August 7). At the end, we’ll randomly select our prize winners.

SweepsGoat.com “Sweepin’ Up a Storm” Sweepstakes: Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN: SweepsGoat.com "Sweepin' Up a Storm" Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins at 12:01AM Central Standard Time ("CST") on July 7, 2007, and ends at 11:59PM CST on August 7, 2007.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia residing in the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration (upon verification of prize eligibility, misrepresentation of age requirement will void the entry.) Military personnel and their dependents who are legal residents of the United States are eligible to participate regardless of their assignment. Employees, officers and directors of Smart Goat, LLC (the "Sponsor"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse) and persons living in the same households of such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges (Smart Goat, LLC) whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO ENTER: LIMIT: Ten (10) entries per person per day. Entries are earned in the following ways:

   1. Two (2) entries will be awarded for each new sweepstakes the entrant adds to http://www.sweepsgoat.com (the "Website"), using the "Submit a new sweepstakes" form.
   2. One (1) entry will be awarded every time the entrant votes on a sweepstakes that was submitted by someone else.

   While only 10 entries per day will be awarded per person, submitting or voting for additional sweepstakes WILL NOT disqualify the entrant. To enter the Promotion, you must create an account by visiting the Website and entering your true and correct information. Once you create an account, your entries will be automatically tracked by the system. THE DATA IN YOUR ACCOUNT MUST BE ACCURATE AS IT WILL DETERMINE THE VALIDITY OF YOUR SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY, WILL BE USED AS PART OF THE PROMOTION SECURITY AND FOR PRIZE DELIVERY. IF INACCURATE INFORMATION IS SUPPLIED (I.E., EMAIL ADDRESS IS INCORRECT AND/OR RETURNED OR IF THE PRIZE NOTIFICATION EMAIL MESSAGE IS RETURNED TO SPONSOR OR ITS AGENTS AS UNDELIVERABLE), IT WILL RESULT IN YOUR DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE PROMOTION AND PREVENT THE PRIZE AWARDING. All entries must be received by 11:59PM CST on August 7, 2007. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE AND DRAWING: A randomized sweepstakes drawing will be held on or around about August 10, 2007, to select the prize winners from all eligible entries received. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize includes: 1 RoboForm Pro License (ARV $29.95), 1 $25 Gift Certificate to Amazon.com (ARV $25.00), and a set of 4 Thank You cards (ARV $19.80). One (1) First Prize will be awarded. The First Prize includes: 1 RoboForm Pro License (ARV $29.95), and 1 3-month subscription to the Sweeping America newsletter (ARV $29.85). Three (3) Second Prizes will be awarded. Each Second Prize includes: 1 RoboForm Pro License (ARV $29.95). Total ARV of all prizes: $224.40.
   

   No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, due to prize unavailability for any reason, and only then for a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are nontransferable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor will award prizes only upon winner verification and final approval. All prizes will be fulfilled within 6 to 8 weeks from date of winning notification. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor's privacy policy. All decisions of the judges shall be binding and final. If the winning entrant of any sweepstakes prize cannot be contacted; if their email address is invalid or undeliverable; is ineligible; fails to claim the prize; or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate will be selected. Limit one prize per person.

5. WINNERS LIST: The name(s) of the winner(s) will be posted on the Website on or after August 15, 2007. To request the winner list by mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Smart Goat, PO Box 852024, Yukon, OK 73085. Requests must be received by August 15, 2007.
   

6. DISQUALIFICATION: Smart Goat is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Smart Goat reserves the right to terminate player's eligibility to participate in the Promotion. In the event any portion of this promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Smart Goat which, in the sole opinion of Smart Goat, corrupt, or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, Smart Goat reserves the right at their sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion. Smart Goat is not responsible for any problem with a Promotion entry generated by computer hardware or software malfunction, error or failure. Smart Goat's sole responsibility for any irregular Promotion entry is replacement with another entry. If a potential winning entry is made by Internet or other computer entry, that potential winner may be required to provide Smart Goat with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the electronic mail address associated with the potential winning entry.

7. TAX INFORMATION: All taxes on prizes won are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. GENERAL INFORMATION: This promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the Oklahoma in the U.S., exclusively, and subject to the laws of the Oklahoma. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the Oklahoma and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the Oklahoma.
