Sweepstakes ended October 15, 2007

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the continental United States (excluding residents of New York and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia, who as of 9/24/2007, are 13 years of age or older. All U.S. federal, state and local laws apply.

SPONSOR: The Buckle, Inc. ("Buckle") is the sponsor of the promotion. Employees of Buckle, Atlantic Records, Viva La Rock, Southwest Airlines, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and inherent agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES HAVE THE SAME CHANCE OF WINNING. BY SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFICIAL RULES.

THREE WAYS TO ENTER:

1. IN-STORE: Beginning Monday, 9/24/2007 until Monday, 10/15/2007 (during regular business hours), you may pick up, complete, and submit an official Ticket to Style entry form at participating Buckle stores.
2. ONLINE: Beginning at 12:00 p.m. (CT) on 9/24/2007 through 11:59 p.m. (CT) on 10/15/2007, you may access the Ticket to Style ("Sweepstakes") by visiting buckle.com/matchboxtwenty. Complete all required information to register and you will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person per day.
3. VIA U.S. MAIL: On a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, print your complete name and address, email address, and date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), along with your three favorite denim brands and fits. Entries must be postmarked by 10/15/2007 and be mailed in a business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: Ticket to Style Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1480, Kearney, NE 68848-1480. Limit one entry per outer envelope.

No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Illegible entries are void. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected entries, or entries not received or postmarked by 10/15/2007. Limit one entry per person ("Entrant") per day, regardless of means of entry. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the allowable number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods will result in disqualification. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be verified or returned.

RANDOM DRAWING:
Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing on or about 11/01/07 conducted by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Potential winners will be sent a prize notification via email. Potential winners must respond to prize notifications within five (5) calendar days from the first notification attempt (the "deadline"). At Buckle's discretion, if a potential winner does not respond to the Prize Notification by the deadline, he/she may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:

(1) One Grand Prize: Matchbox Twenty Flyaway: A three-day/two-night trip for two people, including two $500 round-trip flight vouchers on Southwest Airlines from a major airport serviced by Southwest nearest to winner's home (courtesy of Southwest Airlines), hotel accommodations at a sponsor-specified hotel (one room/double occupancy), two tickets to see Matchbox Twenty Live in Concert and two backstage passes to meet the band (date and location contingent on concert schedule and space availability), and a $500 Buckle shopping spree. Grand Prize winner and guest are solely responsible for all other incidentals, taxes, and expenses not specified, including without limitation transportation to and from the airport and concert venue. Airfare is subject to availability and black out dates. Accommodations provided are subject to availability. Grand prize winner and guest must travel together on one specified itinerary. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability, and Administrator/Sponsor's approval. If a minor is selected as the grand prize winner, the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian. Any minor traveling or attending a concert event must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. (A.R.V. $2,500 -- but actual value of prize will vary based on point of departure and ticket availability at time of purchase.)

(30) Thirty First Prizes: Two tickets and backstage passes to an upcoming Matchbox Twenty concert (date and location contingent on concert schedule and space availability) and an autographed Exile on Mainstream CD. If a minor is selected as the first prize winner, the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian A minor attending a concert event must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. (100) Second Prizes: $20 Buckle Gift Card (A.R.V. $20)

Total approximate value of all prizes: $12,000

Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Sponsor may substitute prizes at Sponsor's sole discretion.

GENERAL RULES:
All U.S. federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Potential Grand and First prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within ten (10) days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner will be selected. If a minor wins a grand or first prize, the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian. Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prize. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing, or downloading information connected with this sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or fraud beyond control of the sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. In such event, prizes will be awarded in a drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such termination. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive email. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an email address by the organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address).

A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. In the case of a legal minor, the potential winner's parent or legal guardian may be the authorized account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, Atlantic Records, Viva La Rock, and Southwest Airlines harmless against any and all claims and liability resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Purchase or acceptance of a product offer does not improve your chances of winning.
