To participate you must first obtain a Code (not available online). To obtain a Code purchase any package of the following Alka-Seltzer® participating products, and look for the 6 or 7 digit alphanumeric Lot Code (not the UPC Code) printed on the bottom of the product package. To obtain one Lot Code, mail a hand-printed self-addressed, first-class stamped envelope. RETAIN ORIGINAL CODE PACKAGE MATERIAL AND CODE MATERIALS OBTAINED BY MAIL (“Code Materials”) FOR POSSIBLE VERIFICATION.
There is a limit of 5 Lot Codes that can be entered per person. Offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and at least 21 years old.
