Actually, there's a time limit. If it doesn't get enough votes within a certain amount of time (I think it's 10 days), it won't make it into the top sweeps listing no matter how many votes it gets after that.
Received a mini RSVP 5-pack of pens in the mail today (3rd prize). They're cute little pens -- about 4" tall with a key ring on one end so you can clip it onto something... not bad!
