Prizes: ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: $10,000 check to be used towards achieving winner's fresh start goal, a 30-minute consultation (either in-person or via phone) with change expert Ariane de Bonvoisin of First30Days.com, a website dedicated to helping people through change, and a trip for winner to New York City to attend a celebratory event held in partnership with Step Up Women's Network currently scheduled for October 2009 to share their "Fresh Start Story" of the progress they've made and how far they still have to go. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $12,650. New York City Trip Details (For First, Second and Third Prize winners): Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for one (1) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York City; three (3) days and two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one (1) standard single room); attendance at celebratory event held in partnership with Step Up Women's Network currently scheduled for October 2009 to share your "Fresh Start Story" of the progress they've made and how far they still have to go (details of the celebratory event including date, location and event activities to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $250 spending money (awarded as an American Express Gift Card) to be used towards meals and transportation. Winner must travel on the dates provided by Sponsor (in its sole discretion) or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contest, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All federal, state and local taxes and any other expenses and costs associated with the acceptance and use of First, Second and Third Prize packages not expressly stated in the package description above as being provided, including but not limited to, companion travel, luggage fees, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winners. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air transportation is not required due to winner's proximity to New York City, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air transportation at Sponsor's sole discretion and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets. Released Parties are not responsible if any portion of the trip is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof (except as in Sponsor's sole discretion); however, remainder of prize package will be provided. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. American Express Gift Cards are subject to certain terms and conditions specified by American Express. Winners will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Winners are responsible for obtaining all required documents prior to travel. Consultation with Ariane de Bonvoisin is subject to availability. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide the opportunity to attend any event or a consultation with Ariane de Bonvoisin, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded. In the event any winner elects to take a companion on trip, he/she is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with travel for such companion
For All Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption (if non-cash portion of prize) will be permitted unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other costs, expenses or fees associated with prize acceptance and/or use not specified herein as being provided. Total ARV of all prizes: $32,950. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Eligibility: The CAREFREE(R) Fresh Start Fund (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry and who did not purchase any products, services or equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest. Employees of McNEIL-PPC, Inc. ("Sponsor"), ePrize, LLC, and each of their respective parent and affiliate companies, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members, whether or not related, of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
