Offered only in the United States and open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age and older and who are employed, during the Term of the Sweepstakes and when prizes are awarded, at accredited public, private or parochial schools in the United States that are organized and primarily operated for educational purposes, containing any class with students from Kindergarten through Grade 12, and being considered tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Tax Code or being registered as a public school with the National Center for Educational Statistics.
Five grand prize winning schools will each win a Mobile Wireless lab, which includes 20 Notebook PCs, one projector, one printer, wireless access points, one Bretford mobile cart, one Promethean ACTIVboard, two Promethean ACTIVote packs each with ten hand-held voting keypads, one AverMedia document camera, one Sony digital camera, one Sony video camcorder, and a $5,000 Digital Media Grant for online and offline Discovery Education products.
Other prizes include:
* 5 First Prizes, each consisting of an Interactive Whiteboard and a projector.
* 10 Second Prizes, each consisting of an Acer or Sony notebook.
* 5 Third Prizes, each consisting of a Canon digital camcorder.
There will also be monthly drawings for an Interactive Whiteboard.
