Requires a registration number, which you apparently get off a sales receipt. The rules say "no purchase necessary" but I couldn't find any more info on entering without purchase. Anyone else know...?
Well I e-mailed Dillards and asked. You must have a receipt and if not you have to request a registration number by mail.
