One Grand Prize. One winner will be awarded a trip for the winner and three guests to Cabo San Lucas. Grand Prize package consists of round-trip coach air travel from major airport nearest to winners’ U.S. residence (the particular airport at Sponsor’s discretion), all inclusive accommodations for standard room quad occupancy at an establishment chosen by sponsor for 5 nights and spending money in the amount of $4,000. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize Package is $10,000.00.
Daily Drawing Prizes: Each day of the Promotion, the following will be awarded:
* 2GB iPod Nano® and JBL On Stage II™ speaker system. ARV is $300 each.
* One Sony DSC-W30 Cyber-shot digital still camera. ARV is $250.
* One $150 Grocery Store Gift Card.
* Three $150 American Express® Gift Cards.
Daily drawing entries are eligible for Daily Drawing Prizes only on the date of that drawing and will not roll over to subsequent daily drawings.
Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 26, 2007 from among all eligible entries received. The suggested guacamole name you submit will have no bearing on winner selection. You agree that by submitting a suggested guacamole name in this Promotion you are surrendering all right, title, and interest in the suggested name and any ideas encompassed in that name.
There was also a Pre-Registration phase of the sweepstakes, which ended on July 5.
Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Beginning on or about 12:01 AM ET on July 6, 2007, access the www.guacparty.com Web site, click on the icon, banner or text link to access the Promotion registration page, and then follow the directions to enter. All entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor’s computer (the official Promotion time keeping device) by 11:59 PM ET on August 19, 2007. There is a limit of one entry per person
