The Kids' Cook-Off Recipe Contest (the "Contest") is only open to legal residents of the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories and Possessions), who are 18 years of age or older as of July 2, 2007 and who are parents or legal guardians of a child 16 years of age or younger.
