(1) 2008 C-Class Sports Sedan from Mercedes Benz pre-paid 24 month lease (ARV $15,000); or

In addition, the Grand Prize winner will participate in a chance-based game to determine if he/she will win the $100,000 Cash. In the event that the envelope game is to be held in Florida the Sponsor agrees to provide air transportation (standard coach) for the winner. The Grand Prize winner will be invited to select and remove two (2) envelopes from fifteen (15) sealed envelopes. Two of these 15 envelopes contain a certificate for the $100,000. The winner must select both winning envelopes.
* Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00am Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on December 17, 2007 and end at 11:59pm EST on April 17, 2008
* Open to all legal residents of the United States, and District of Columbia and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) and is 21 years of age or older
* Each person or e-mail address can submit a maximum of sixty (60) entries regardless of the method of entry.

- Use the forward to a friend feature: one (1) entry per friend up to a maximum of ten (10) entries.
- Visit a Mercedes Model Home and complete an on-site entry form: one (1) entry. (One (1) entry per person per each Model Home visit.)
