Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia residing in a household where there is a related child between the ages of 3 and 10 years of age living in the household on the date of Sweepstakes entry. Limit one entry for each child between the ages of 3 and 10 living in the entrant’s household.

If I'm reading the rules correctly, you may enter once, per month, for each child in your household between the ages of 3 and 10.
You could be right. I just re-read the rules & it seems a little unclear. It does state "limit one entry" and "Non-winning entries received from previous Monthly Drawings will automatically roll over into subsequent Monthly Drawings." But it also says, "For purposes of the Monthly Sweepstakes drawings, entries must be received for each Monthly Drawing on the dates provided in Rule #4, between 12:00 am ET and 11:59 pm ET (each a “Monthly Entry Period”)." I sent an email through the web site's contact form; I'll let you know if I get any clarification...
Just heard back from Hasbro's Customer Service. From their email: "You must enter for each monthly drawing-See #4 in the rules, but you can only enter 1 time per month."
