Submit an essay (200 words or less) describing who is behind your success. Judges will select five finalists, who must each submit a video describing who is behind their success.
(1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for (2) to Las Vegas, NV, to spend a day with Natalie Gulbis. Includes airfare; (2) nights accommodations; (1) day with Natalie Gulbis, including nine (9) holes of golf, a morning workout, and dinner. Winner must complete the trip during the month of December 2008. ARV: $3,500
(5) FINALIST PRIZES: A Taylor Made Driver, adidas golf shoes, a Canon digital Power Shot A470, and a SkyCaddie S5.
