Administrator will review all Entries and will determine the top 25 Entries in each of the five (5) Federal Recreation Agency Lands as “Finalists” based on the following criteria: (i) creativity of photograph, (ii) photographic quality, (iii) visual appeal, (iv) appropriateness, (v) ability to show diversity and (vi) richness in the Federal Recreation Lands.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.), eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Contest runs between 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 26, 2007 and 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2007. Limit: Each Contestant may enter up to a total of three (3) photographs during the Contest Period, through any method or combination of methods of entry.

Submit up to three (3) total photo entries. The photographs must be taken in one of the Federal Recreation Agency Lands (includes National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, the New Melones Reservoir site of the Bureau of Reclamation, and U.S. Forest Service) between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007. You must indicate to which Federal Recreation Agency Lands the photograph corresponds and the date on which the photograph was taken.
