HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Sweepstakes, obtain an entry code found on tear pads on specially marked displays at participating retail stores carrying Sharpie® brand products or visit www.dreamvacation.sharpie.com and follow the on-screen instructions to receive a free entry code. To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.dreamvacation.sharpie.com, type in the entry code, complete the Sweepstakes entry form with all required information (first and last name, complete address (no P.O. boxes), phone number, date of birth and email address) and submit as instructed on-screen during the Promotion Period. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CST on December 31, 2007. Limit one entry per person per day and limit one entry per e-mail address per day. If more than one entry is received from the same person or from the same e-mail address on any given day, all entries submitted on that day from said person or e-mail address will be disqualified. Entries become the property of Sanford, L.P. (“Sponsor”) and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. 2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C., Canada (excluding Quebec), and Puerto Rico only who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Disney Destinations, LLC (“Disney”), Sponsor, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising & promotion agencies, sweepstakes administrators and members of their immediate families, defined as spouses, parents, children, siblings (whether such family members are biological, adoptive, step or in-law) and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter.
3. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Prize consists of a trip for winner and seven (7) guests to Walt Disney World® Resort. Trip includes roundtrip coach airfare for eight from a major airport (as determined by Sponsor) near the winner’s home to the Orlando International Airport (or, if winner lives within 250 miles of Orlando, Florida, winner will be reimbursed for gas or rental car needs up to $500 in U.S. dollars; the difference in the value between the gas or rental expense and value of the flights will not be awarded), 4-nights hotel accommodations at a Sponsor-designated Walt Disney World® Resort hotel (two rooms -- four-person/hotel room occupancy), Eight, 5-Day Magic Your Way Ticket with Park Hopper® option and Water Park Fun & More option (subject to Disney’s terms and conditions; some events/activities require separate entrance fee, not included) for winner and each of his/her seven guests, a Sharpie prize package containing assorted Sharpie products valued at approximately $100, $1,500 U.S. spending money for the winner, winner’s choice of one (1) of the following customized Disney Dreams for winner and his/her travel companions to participate together in (subject to availability during scheduled travel): a) Selection of a Festival of the Masters piece of artwork (valued at $250) (note: only one piece of artwork will be awarded to the winner, guests will not receive artwork); b) Meet and Greet Autograph session with an athlete at ESPN the Weekend; c) Meet and Greet Autograph Session with a Soap Opera Star at ABC Super Soap Weekend® event; d) Princess Dining Experience at the Norway Pavilion in Epcot®; e) Safari Celebration Dinner; f) VIP Guide for a Day; or g) a Meet and Greet with Pirate Mickey and a VIP ride on the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is: $9,700.00 U.S. Actual value of trip depends on point of departure, airfare fluctuations and the Disney Dream option chosen. Any difference between the stated value and actual value will not be awarded. If winner does not fulfill prize with seven (7) guests, then winner will not receive the difference in prize value and those travel companion trips will be forfeited.
