Are you the most extreme mom in America? Do you know a mom who is? Nominate your mom, your friend... or yourself by entering SheKnows "Most Extreme Mom" contest. Submit a photo, along with a short 300 word essay describing why your nominee mom is extreme.
Judges will select five finalists. Then readers will vote to determine three winners.
# The winner will receive the title of "Most Extreme Mom" and a $500 Spa Wish gift card.
# The second place winner will receive a $250 Spa Wish gift card
# The third place winner will receive a $100 Spa Wish card.
* Submissions accepted from April 18th, 2008 to April 27th, 2008
* Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
* Limit: Each entrant may submit up to five (5) different Contest entries during the Promotion Period.
