An initial judging round will narrow the entries down to 50 semi-finalists. A second round of judging will choose the three finalists. The public will be allowed to vote on which of the three should win, and the voting will be a part of the final judging.
The grand prize is a trip for six to the 2008 People's Choice Awards in Los Angeles.
