Five Thousand Fifty One (5051) prizes will be awarded.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive, at his or her option, either (a) a two-hour performance by a rock and roll cover band selected by Administrator (the "Band") for winner and up to 100 of winner's guests (the "Rock Concert") OR (b) $15,000.00 in cash (made payable in the form of a check to winner). Rock Concert Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $17,500.00.
FIRST PRIZE - Fifty (50) First Prize winners will each receive a guitar case filled with assorted Armour(R) meat snacks products. ARV: $120.00/prize.
SECOND PRIZE - Five Thousand (5000) Second Prize Winners will each receive an access code from Puretracks Inc. towards one (1) music download at www.puretracks.com. ARV: $1.00/prize.
ARV for all prizes = $28,500.00
Eligibility: Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Officers or employees of Armour-Eckrich Meats LLC, Puretracks Inc., Gravitas Marketing LLC, the Band, prize suppliers and their parent, subsidiaries, affiliate companies, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate or win.
